She is ‘the gateway to the world’ and forgotten pillar of our personal health we will learn to communicate with to develop a trust in your own body literacy. We live in a culture that systemically teaches us to distrust our own signaling and hand our intuition over to experts & algorithms.
Prioritizing womb wellness in our care together means intentionally working towards embodying the ancestral wisdom she can teach us: of cycles, of shedding, of origins and renewal. Our wombs are connected to all the wombs before us, what stories do they have to tell? Let’s learn to listen.
